Whether you are a seasoned Yogini looking to deepen your practice or you have been curious about yoga but don't know where to start; private yoga will offer you the extra support and attention you need to achieve your goals for personal growth.
Private sessions will allow you the time and space to further develop your practice goals, whether they be physical, mental or emotional; we will work together to clarify and tailor your practice accordingly.
We will also review any injuries or health conditions you may have and design a specific practice to meet your unique needs.
Each session will include pranayama (breathing) techniques for centering, cueing and assists for proper pose alignment and deepening of pose expression, appropriate challenge, language and readings to empower your growth, and guided meditation.
