I have held the title “Health and Wellness Coach” for some time, and while I certainly offer support for Improving health and wellness, this title has never fully encompassed what I want to offer as a coach. It dawned on me recently in uncovering my own story and healing myself, that what I really want to be is a SELF ACCEPTANCE COACH. My aim is to support you in developing an intimate relationship with yourself, a connection to self that is so loving and joyful, that it radiates into all other areas of your well-being.
Yoga is a practice of self-discovery. A union of breath and movement, that allows you the space to develop the AWARENESS of your inner workings.
